Refund Policy

GetLeadSnag is operated by Shop Artemis Holdings. We want every purchase to be worth it. This policy explains when refunds are available.

24-Hour Lead-Leak Audit (CA$97)

• Before delivery: full refund if you ask before your audit is delivered.
• After delivery: full refund if the audit was not delivered as described or not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

48-Hour Founding Install (CA$497)

• Before work starts: full refund if you ask before we begin the install.
• After work starts: partial refund at our discretion, based on the work already completed.
• Missed deadline: full refund if the install is not completed within 48 hours for reasons on our side. The 48 hours do not include time spent waiting for access or information we have requested from you.

How to request a refund

Email getleadsnag@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with the email used at checkout, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
