Partner Program Terms

Joining

You apply at getleadsnag.com/partners. Shop Artemis Holdings, which operates GetLeadSnag, may approve or decline any application and may end your participation at any time by email.

Commissions

You earn 40% of the amount paid for the 24-Hour Lead-Leak Audit and 30% of the amount paid for the 48-Hour Founding Install, when the purchase uses your personal promo code. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually collected, after discounts and before taxes. If we add tracked referral links or subscription plans later, we will email you the rules for them before they apply.

Attribution

A sale is credited to you when the buyer enters your personal promo code at checkout. Our Stripe records are final.

Payouts

Paid monthly, on or around the 15th, for commissions at least 30 days old, once your balance reaches US$50. Paid by PayPal or Wise, with a written statement of the sales credited to your code. You are responsible for your own taxes, and you may need to give us a W-9 or W-8 form before your first payout.

Reversals

Refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or self-referred purchases reverse the related commission. Commissions already paid are deducted from future payouts.

Required conduct

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission on every promotion, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides. Use only the approved claims in the partner kit, and follow CAN-SPAM and each platform's rules.

Prohibited

The following are prohibited: income, lead, revenue, ROI or results promises; fake reviews, testimonials or case studies; spam or purchased email lists; bidding on "GetLeadSnag" or misspellings in paid search; presenting yourself as GetLeadSnag or its staff; self-purchases; and posting your code on coupon websites without written permission.

Brand use

You may use the logos and creatives in the partner kit without altering them. You receive no other trademark rights.

Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal partner of Shop Artemis Holdings.

Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rates with 15 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned keep the earlier rate.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you for the previous 3 months.
